  • Where do these items come from?

Most of our inventory is sold from our warehouse in China, and there are very few products selected from other distributors in the United Kingdom. Having said that, sometimes your order may be placed in different packages at different times.

 

  • Where do you ship your goods and how much will it cost?

We usually ship to the United Kingdom. Most product prices include transportation costs. Specifically, you can consult our customer service to learn the shipping cost of the order.

 

  • How long will my order take?

We want to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. Orders will be packed within one business day of being placed (usually on the same day the order is placed) and shipped on the same day packing is completed. Our warehouse staff work from Monday to Saturday.

When shopping at www.beautiemay.co.uk, we offer two delivery options: Standard Delivery (our partner courier company will use a faster delivery method, and the cost is based on the order amount) and Free Delivery (free delivery has no minimum order value requirement). Below are the estimated delivery times to the UK for our partner courier companies:

Standard Delivery: 2-4 business days
Free Delivery: 3-5 business days
Courier company working hours: Monday to Sunday

 

  • How to track my order?

After purchase, we will send the tracking code of your order to the email you provided. The email will also instruct you how to track the package.

Please note that the tracking information will be displayed within 1-2 business days after you receive the email.

If you still have not received the tracking confirmation within those few days, please contact us at bay@beautiemay.com.

 

  • Why can’t I track my order?

Please note that due to customs reasons, the tracking information will be displayed within 1-2 business days after the update. If the tracking number cannot be searched after this period of time, there may be several reasons:

  1. The shipping company has not updated the latest delivery information on its website;

  2. The tracking code is wrong;

  3. The package has been delivered a long time ago and the shipping company has deleted it from the tracking code history.

In this case, it is recommended that you contact our customer service via bay@beautiemay.com, and we will provide you with a tracking number. We will contact the delivery company on your behalf and you will be notified as soon as more information becomes available.

Please note that there may not be any updates on the Internet, but in fact your package is still moving, please be patient for a few days to track the package.

 

  • The courier tried to deliver the goods, but I am not at home, what should I do?

Please contact the courier. Usually, they will send out your package the next business day, but sometimes they just ask you to take the package away at the office.

 

  • I ordered multiple items, but only received one of them. why?

We will try our best to reduce your expenses so that you do not have to pay high taxes for the goods! If you have ordered multiple items from us, these items will most likely be shipped in multiple packages. Please take some time to get all your belongings to arrive.

 

  • I found my order and the status is “Return to Sender”, what should I do?

If the package is returned to us, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange to send it back to you.

 

  • The tracking website says “Delivered”, but I haven’t received the order yet.

Please note that we provide tracking numbers for each customer. Customers are responsible for tracking their orders. If the package arrives in your destination country, please contact your local post office. Please contact our customer service at bay@beautiemay.com for more help. We are not responsible for any stolen packages.

 

Delivery

Your order may be delivered to you by the local post office or local courier company. Depending on your area, most orders will be sent by your local post office, so the package will be received by your regular mail. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the postal service may leave a notification card to tell you how and where to pick up the goods.
