REFUND POLICY

Note: The “return process” may be delayed. This is not a permanent state, this is the time of the COVID-19 outbreak.

  • Refund (if applicable)

After receiving and checking your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you to approve or deny the refund. If you are approved,

we can only refund within 3 ~ 6 natural days. After that, the refund time will depend on the payment method. Please check the following details:

  1. PayPal refunds can take up to 48 hours to be processed and displayed in your account.

  2. Credit card refunds will take 7~14 natural days to appear in your account. This delay depends entirely on your credit card company and any intermediaries.

 

  • Refunds are overdue or missing (if applicable)

If you have not received the refund, please check your Paypal or bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially issued. Next, please contact your bank. Refund posting usually takes some processing time. If you have completed all the steps but still have not received a refund, please contact us at bay@beautiemay.com.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the returned items. Shipping costs will be refunded or non-refundable depending on the order status (if your order chooses standard shipping, we will The shipping cost of standard shipping is not refundable, because the shipping cost has been given to the third-party shipping company).

Depending on your residence, the arrival time of the exchanged product may vary. You should consider using a traceable transportation service or purchasing transportation insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
